In this register you will see whether a decision has been recorded regarding: Te Ohu’s recognition of a Mandated Iwi Organisation (MIO) for that iwi Te Ohu’s approval of the iwi’s constitutional documents The approval by the MIO for the iwi, of the constitutional documents of its Asset Holding Company and/or any subsidiaries Changes to the criteria or requirements that apply to MIOs and their constitutional documents made in accordance with section 18 that affects that iwi Te Ohu’s determinations on iwi quota agreements or interim iwi quota agreements for that iwi made under clause 11 of Schedule 6 The allocation and transfer of settlement assets to that iwi Any transfer of settlement quota made in accordance with Part 4 that result from a sale or exchange for that iwi.
