Callers to Te Ohu Kaimoana and Aotearoa Fisheries Limited will be greeted by our new receptionist, Casey Anderson, who joined us in early October.
Casey (Ngati Tuwharetoa, Ngapuhi) has lived in Wellington for six months and was previously second in charge at a local gym. Prior to that, Casey worked in reception at a Christchurch hotel.
Her interests revolve around sport; she plays netball and touch and keeps up her passion for fitness by being a personal trainer for her whanau. Casey has already been drafted into Te Ohu Kaimoana's indoor netball team, the Kinaz.
Casey is delighted with her new role at Te Ohu Kaimoana and says the key driver for her is to be working for a Maori organisation and giving something back to iwi. She says she is enjoying Wellington, apart from the wind!
