
A photograph entitled "I'll eat this one" by senior fisheries analyst Alan Riwaka taken at Waikawa Marae in Queen Charlotte Sound won the customary section of the inaugural Ministry of Fisheries photography competition. The competition was to raise awareness of aquatic biodiversity and sustainable fishing practices.
