Whale for carving

The Seafood Industry Council has made a complaint to the New Zealand Advertising Standards Authority after environmental groups doctored photographs to give a false impression of the fishing industry's impact on dolphins. The complaint to the Authority is in relation to an advertisement in the Tuesday 25th March edition of the Dominion Post newspaper in Wellington. “The advertisement contains several heavily altered photographs, combined in such a way as to make them look like a single image. It is entirely misleading,” said Mr Symmans.
