New online fisheries information

Te Ohu Kaimoana will soon provide monthly fisheries updates to iwi via email. The fisheries e-panui will outline the many issues in which Te Ohu Kaimoana is involved.

Te Ohu Kaimoana chief executive Peter Douglas said the growing workload in the area of fisheries management required iwi organisations to be more regularly informed. “Many of these issues can change on a week by week basis, and for iwi to make informed decisions to support our work it is necessary to provide greater access to fisheries information.”

The new e-panui will arrive via email at the beginning of each month
