"2004 was a long year for Ngāpuhi with political highs and lows.
We're not quite ready to land the big commercial fish from Te Ohu Kaimoana so I've been exercising my recreational rights over the summer. There's nothing quite like a baby tamure from the Hokianga. It looks great in the photo and even better in the smoker!"
