Joshua Baller, Tai Pari/Policy Analyst

Originally from Canada, Joshua first joined Te Ohu Kaimoana as an intern in November 2017 and has been researching legal and policy options to enhance the status of longfin tuna. He has now signed on as a Tai Pari – Policy Analyst until 31 May 2019 and will continue to work to advance Te Ohu Kaimoana’s and Te Wai Māori’s strategic objectives.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Political Science (The University of Alberta) and a Master of Science in Environment and Development (The University of Edinburgh). Before joining Te Ohu Kaimoana, Joshua worked in contracting/procurement with the Canadian federal public service.
