Notice of Te Ohu Kai Moana Trustee Limited Special General Meeting (SGM) – 10:00am Thursday 11 May 2023

The Board of Te Ohu Kaimoana invites you to join them at a Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held at 10:00am on Thursday 11 May 2023 at the Novotel Auckland International Airport.
As we have done in the recent past, Te Ohu Kaimoana will reimburse the reasonable travel cost for one iwi representative to attend the SGM.

Please note: Attendance at the SGM is open to authorised representatives of Mandated Iwi Organisations, Recognised Iwi Organisations, Representative Māori Organisations and Te Kāwai Taumata.

Authorised Representative Form for SGM
Mandated Iwi Organisations (MIO) and Recognised Iwi Organisations (RIO) have the right to attend, speak and vote on resolutions at the Special General Meeting.
To ensure we can accurately capture all votes on the date, we ask that you return this authorised representative form. Each MIO and RIO will have one vote each and this vote will be held by the nominated representative for your MIO/RIO. Nominated representatives must be authorised by two authorised representatives of a MIO/RIO.
If a member of your MIO/RIO is unable to attend the Special General Meeting, we encourage you to appoint a nominated representative (proxy) to attend in your place for your MIO/RIO.
We request that you please send your forms by Friday 5 May 2023 by email to: ika@teohu.maori.nz (though forms will also be accepted on the day of the SGM).
